Every video in the SGS library is already narrated by an expert. Meridian AI indexes those narrations, transcribes them, embeds them in a semantic vector space, and exposes them through a natural-language query interface. A member asks a clinical question. The system identifies the most relevant passages across the full corpus surfacing specific timestamps, speaker context, and procedural steps ranked by clinical relevance, not just keyword match.
